Hi Ursula. Thanks so much for your kind words. I’m feelin’ the love fore sure
Sadly I didn’t make it into the top 10 of that Biggest Baddest Bucket list competition, so that was a bit of a downer. But hey, I at least I had fun putting my video together. I was planning a 6 month sabbatical in any case, so will still be travelling. I fly out to Amsterdam early July and that’s where my exploration will begin… I’ve got some things planned out so far, but am hoping to just go where the wind takes me. Never hang up those wings of yours! Travel keeps your soul young. xxx

Hi Patrick. You’re gonna love it here! You might not even want to leave again.
I know, it´s already the case…
If you love greek food and you’re in the Somerset West area, you need to try out Yamas. Trust me and just take the set menu with the “Feed us” option. It’s incredible ^_^
Hmmm. The boyfriend is half Greek and therefore obviously loves Greek food. So yeah, maybe we should go check it out sometime. Thanks for the tip.

Hi John. Between you and me, I’m pretty sure Val is a computer generated spam message.
But thanks so much for the lovely compliment, I just don’t think the boyfriend would be happy with me going on a valentines date with someone else.
Hope you’ll still continue reading though. And have a wonderful weekend.

Hi Karisa,
Subject : OBEY YOUR BODY BEAUTY PRODUCTS
I am a therapist and the same thing happened where I bought the facial serum for R1000. But i did not feel pressured to buy. I had a demo and i could see the positive result on my skin and immediately I was interested. If it works then i am sure my clients would love it!
The guy who calls himself Daniel was also more than interested in meeting with me and i just kept it strictly bussiness. When he became a bit strange with calls and sms i thought theres more to it and searched for topics on Obey your body and found yours! I am contacting the National Consumer Protection. They are misleading women and will date women! Luckily I was not interested….
I still feel I was bullied into buying those products. And I haven’t seen great results from using the products. They irritated my skin in fact. But the sales men are very sleazy, I do agree with you on that. The should not be allowed to pressure women like that. Let me know what the National Consumer protection guys say. I’d be very interested to hear their feedback.
I CANNOT deal with those stands! Obey Your Body is like a plague! They’re everywhere and now I have to be completely rude and just ignore, ignore, ignore as I walk by. How ridiculous are they?!
I got suckered into the nail thing and while its very nice, its not worth the money they are charging. I believe its a good product but the price!
I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling like a sucker!
Hi Cristine. You won’t believe how many hits that post of mine gets. Clearly there are a lot of people who all feel ripped of as well. I’ve also received so many emails with ppl telling me their stories. It’s truly frustrating that they are allowed to keep selling… But thx for your comment. Xx
Hi Karisa
Emporio Leone has a new macaron supplier. I’d love to hear what your thoughts are. I though they were lovely!
You have to try Petite Bouchee’s Macaroons!
petitebouchee.co.za
They’re at the Kirstenbosch Market today!
Thanks for the tip. Sadly I was working today. But I’ll definitely keep an eye out for the next one.

Hi Karisa,
Love your Block,
Would love to give you a taste of my Macaroons to tingle your taste buds, you can get them from Earth Fair Market in Tokai on Wednesdays from 3-8 or Saturdays from 9-2 or just contact me
Hi Nadin. Thanks so much for the great feedback!
I would never say no to macaroons. I don’t really get out to Tokai that much. But maybe this is a good reason to do so. Have never been to the Earth Fair Market, but have heard good things.
Hey Karisa
I love your blog. You are really one talented lady.
Best Wishes for all your future endeavours. You deserve it.
Lotsa Love
